Why us?

Our mission is to make personal training affordable whilst providing a high quality, friendly service tailored directly to your requirements. Our trainers are are all over 35 and have extensive experience. We work out of Spirit Health club in Titchfield as well as offering home visits in the local area. With the first session for free there’s no reason not to give us a try.

Our personal training services based around the Fareham area includes nutritional advice; exercise sessions; rehabilitation assistance (both through exercise and sports massage techniques) all designed to get you and keep you fit and healthy. Health is our number one priority, yet we struggle to make time for it in our busy schedule. When it comes to health recommendations, we mostly know the drill: Exercise most days of the week; eat a varied and nutritious diet; maintain a healthy weight. What we do for ourselves is often more important than what medicine can offer us. Yet making healthy lifestyle changes is easier said than done.

Nathan Lloyd

I’ve been in and around fitness my whole adult life. I love the fitness industry and love my job. I have a real passion in helping others! My passion for fitness probably stemmed from my 9-year career in the British Army. This then led me onto to do a degree in Sport Science. I graduated from university with a first-class honours Degree!

I have experience with training elite athletes in Women’s Football, providing fitness sessions for a female Netball Team, elite Sailing team at youth level and providing fitness tests for Southampton FC’s under 23’s. My time in university I managed to design and implement my own Goalkeeper agility test that was used at an elite level. Finally, my name is on a published article, which is physiology based. My experience gives me all the tools as a Personal Trainer needed to guide you along your fitness journey, regardless of age, gender or fitness ability.

On the rare occasion my life doesn’t revolve around fitness I follow different sports, but mainly my beloved Liverpool Football Club (Don’t let that put you off).

My extensive experience and qualifications give me all the tools needed to successfully help you hit your goals. But it’s my passion and love for my job that I believe makes me the right personal trainer for you!
